• Rates are including 11% Government Tax and 10% Service Charge.
• Welcome drink and cool towel served upon arrival at the Villa.
• Complimentary tropical fruit basket upon arrival.
• Daily fresh flower arrangement.
• Rates are inclusive of breakfast.
  Personalized breakfast will be served in the villa and based on villa occupants: 2 breakfast for One Bedroom Villa, 4 breakfast for Two Bedroom Villa and 6 breakfast for Three Bedroom Villa.
  
  Season Period:
  High Season: July 15 - August 31 and December 20 - January 10.
  Low Season: rest of the months
  

  Villa Capacity:
  We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. For example: one bedroom maximum occupancy is 2 persons and three bedroom villa maximum occupancy is 6 persons. If you wish to have additional guests we must get informed in advance.

  Check in/Out time
  Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00.
  Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability.

Booking Procedure

• The 50% in advanced deposit is villa requirement ensure secure the booking.
• The balance should be paid upon check in at the villa.

Cancelation and No Show Policy

• The guest shall notify the villa in writing of any cancellation:
  High Seasons (15 July - 31 August, 20 December - 10 January)
  In the events of cancellation during the period of 3 (three) weeks prior arrival date, 30% deposit received are not returnable.
  Low Seasons
  In the events of cancellation during the period of 7 (seven) days prior arrival date, 30% deposit received are not returnable.

• No show subject to 100% cancellation fee of room night reserved.

Check-In and Check-Out
Check in time at 14.00 and check-out time at 12.00 noon.
Ni Rampe Village will attempt to accommodate any request for early check in or check out based on availability.
