Note:
- All rates above are subject 15,5% prevailing to government tax and service charge.
- The rate are per night and quoted in US Dollars.

Rates above are inclusive of:
- one time round trip Airport transfer
- daily breakfast up to 8 persons
- flower arrangement
- welcome drinks and cold towels upon arrival
- fully staff: cook, maids and house manager
- car and driver for up to 10 hrs a day ( exclude petrol)

Extra bed is provided upon request with the following applicable charge:
- age up to 12 years will charge at US$ 35 + 15,5%
- age over 12 years will charge at US$ 50 + 15,5%

Seasonal periods:
Low Season: January 11th to May 31st (excludes Easter period and Chinese New Year)
September 16th to December 19th
High Season: June 1st to September 15th
Easter period and Chinese New Year (Dates vary yearly)
Peak Season: December 20th to January 10th

Minimum stay requirements
Low season : 3 nights
High season : 7 nights
Peak season : 10 nights

Booking term and condition:
- A 50% deposit of the total rental amount must be received by the villa within five working days after the relevant invoice have been given to the clients.
- All payment must be made in US Dollars.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the full
payment is received by the villa Management.
- If a deposit is not received by the due date, the booking will be not materialized.
- Final payment is required at 30 days prior to arrival date for low season booking, and 60 days prior arrival for Christmas/New Year bookings or immediately if booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival.
- In the event of bookings made 45 days prior to arrival, full payment is required within (5) working days, or on arrival if less than five (5) working days, whichever comes first.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less prior to arrival) then full payment upon arrival in cash is required.

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 300.00 if the reservation
is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival
(91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival
(or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing.

Villa Capacity Policy
The management is strictly observed of the villa capacity policy.
Villa Asante consist of 4 bedrooms that mean maximum of occupancy
is up to 8 persons and ideally 2 person in each bedroom, but if you wish to have
additional guests or usage a function venue at the villa then the villa management must get informed
in advance otherwise the booking will not be accepted without prior confirmation.

Check in/out time:
- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00.
- Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability
