The rates above are inclusive such as:
- welcome breakfast
- welcome drinks and cold towels upon arrival
- shuttle service at Canggu area
- One time round trip Airport transfer
- laundry service ( exclude dry cleaning)
- fully staff: cook, maids and house manager

Seasonal:
Low Season : January 11th to June 30th (excludes easter period and Chinese new year), September 16th to December 19th
High Season : July 1st to July 31st, September 1st to September 15th, Easter period and Chinese New Year
Peak Season : August 1st to August 31st, December 20th to January 10th.

Minimum stay requirements:
- Low season : 5 nights
- High season: 7 nights
- Peak season: 10 nights

Currency : US$ Dollar
- Payments by credit card will be invoiced in Indonesian Rupiah at the prevailing exchange rate on that time of transaction, in accordance with Indonesian Government Regulations.

The villa booking procedures:
- To ensure book the villa we required your written e-mail as a booking confirmation,
and then we will continue send you a pro forma invoice and bank details for a 50% deposit
from the total rental outlay due to secure the reservation.
- the balance of payment should be settle prior arrival or at least upon check-in at the villa for regular period.
- but for the Christmas, New Year and high season period that the remaining
balance of payment should be settle 45 days prior arrival to the villa.
- Payment is non refundable.

Check in/out time:
- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00.
- Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 150.00, if the reservation
is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival
(91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings)In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival
(or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing
